Like A Book


                                                     Like A Book

                                       "A dead life. I tried to hide,
                                      A misery. a memoir of fury;
                                      Yet he saved me by hook,
                                        Add pages of miracle,
                                     Just like a marvelous book."

 Life is like a book. Several pages are added in our everyday life cycle, various chapters are included to make the content available, and some problems were also encompassed in order to make it whole. Sure, no books were perfect, same with the human's lives. None of us are born perfect, nor imperfect. Each of us has its own uniqueness which composed the pieces of our lives.

GOD, in order for us to be eternally alive and survive not only in this world, but in the next chapter of God's regime, gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to complete the restoration we are bound to experience. Once we are chosen by GOD Himself, we could never escaped from it. It would be like our greatest mission: To fulfill the earth with His Holy Spirit; to tell the world about the good news that "Yes! we can be save!"

Isn't it wonderful knowing that there is someone who loves you without any conditions, without any doubts, and most of all, that love is irrevocable, exceptional in all creations. What glory it must bring us, knowing that our FATHER in Heaven loves us exactly what was written above, and take note, it is bounded with perfection that even our mortal sins cannot separate us form HIM, and that justified when HE gave His only begotten son, Jesus Christ to save us from eternal death and replace it with never-ending life. As Christians, sometimes we feel listless, already tired from serving him, from bringing praises and dancing to His grace. Yes, I sometimes feel that. But thoughts keep on rushing through my mind: Did GOD ever got tired in saving us? Did he sometimes feel that we are not worthy of HIS love? Luke 9:24 For whoever wishes to save His life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for MY sake, he is the one who will save it. Humans- we originally tend to save ourselves before taking care of others. That's our main role. Some philosophers shared this thought, "Love yourself first before loving others." That's the focal point they think that we are here on earth. That in order to give sympathy to others, we must first be passionate for ourselves. But where is GOD in this? Where is the Father Who is responsible for giving us the precious lives we are presently enjoying living right now? Have we ever realized that to give back to everything He had done for us?
